Breakfast Recipes

Green Drink

Blend the following:

  • Carrot juice
  • Kale
  • Lecithin
  • Supergreen powder

Seed Cereal

Grind up equal parts:

  • Almonds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sunflower seeds

Combine with a mixture of 1/2 apple juice & 1/2 pure water. (1 cup each if using 1 cup each of the seeds)

Refrigerate overnight.

Serve with kefir (flavored or plain) or Grade B maple syrup.
