Anna Wise Meditation Workshop

  • Date & Time: June 23 - 25, 9am – 5:30pm, Mon - Wed
  • Instructor: Anna Wise (Instructor Bio)
  • Tuition, Room & Board: (3 days & 4 nights – all meals included) $620 (dorm-style room), $720 (private room).
  • Tuition plus 3 lunches: $450
  • Registration: Call 800-974-7428 or 303-442-2490 to register.

Course Description: This is a meditation workshop led by a master of meditation techniques. Anna will bring her Mind Meter, a device to determine your brain wave patterns as you are meditating. The objective of meditation is the development of an “awakened mind,” which is a brain wave pattern of all four brain waves (alpha, beta, theta, and delta) at one time in both hemispheres. This state of consciousness has been found to be the normal state of many masters of eastern spiritual traditions. The training of the brain will lead to an extension of the ‘ah-ha’ moments that all of us have experienced for a few seconds, extended to hours and even days.

We have been using Anna’s CDs at our Sunday Meditation classes with phenomenal results. People who have had trouble meditating in the past are reporting huge breakthroughs. We are delighted to welcome Anna Wise home to Boulder, where she researched meditation techniques over two decades ago. The techniques practiced in the class will carry the student far into being able to gain access to his or her intuition and Universal Understanding.

From the results of the Mind Meter, Anna will give you individual techniques you can do to help you develop further in your future meditational journey. For more information, please go to Anna’s website: www.annawise.com.

Arrival Dates and Times: Participants will arrive Sunday (it is suggested that you come to the 10AM Sunday service, when Anna will be speaking). (supper is from 5:30pm to 6pm) and stay for 3 days and 4 nights.

Departure Dates and Times: Participants will depart by Thursday 10am.

Since the shuttle ride back to the airport is approximately 1.5 hour, and you will need to allow sufficient time at the airport prior to your flight, please make sure to allow at least 3 hours from the time you plan to leave PMR and your flight departure time. Please do not schedule a return flight any earlier than 7:30 a.m. ( A 7:30 a.m. flight departure time will require a 4:30 a.m. shuttle pick-up. 4:30 a.m. is the earliest shuttle pick-up time available.)
