Basic Italian Dressing
- 1 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 3 tsp. Italian seasoning
Basic Tahini Dressing
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/2 cup flax oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 cup tahini
(Jeannine's) Italian Dressing
- 1/2 cup raw, organic apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cup pure water
- 2 T. minced garlic
- 2 T. whole grain mustard made with apple cider vinegar
- 2 T. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 T. red pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp. each: dried oregano, basil, & thyme *
- 1 tsp. xanthan gum (thickener)
Blend first 10 ingredients, then add xanthan gum, blend or shake well. Refrigerate overnight.
*1 tsp. of Spice Hunter's Italian Seasoning blend can be added instead.

Lemon Rosemary Garlic Dressing
- 1 cup raw, organic apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup pure water
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 T. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 6 T. red onion, diced
- 2 T. red pepper, diced
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 2 T. fresh parsley, minced
- 3 tsp. sea salt
- 2 T. dried rosemary, crushed, or 4 T. fresh rosemary, crushed
- 1 tsp. xanthan gum (thickener)
Blend first 12 ingredients, then xanthan gum; blend or shake well. Refrigerate overnight.
