- 20 minutes - nothing in mouth - no food, no toothbrushing, no water
- Take first homeopathic/vibropathic
- Wait 2 minutes or more
- Take second homeopathic/vibropathic
- Wait 2 minutes or more
- Continue same pattern for other homeopathics/vibropathics
- Wait 10 minutes after last one before putting anything in your mouth
The normal routine for adults is to take homeopathics 3 times per day. For children it is usually twice a day, depending upon age.
Allow to Absorb from the Mouth
Homeopathics/vibropathics need to be absorbed in the mouth. Once they are swallowed their vibration is mingled with other vibrations and will not be as effective. The vibration of anything you put into your mouth will go to every cell of your body within 10 seconds.
Quantities
Adults: If the homeopathic/vibropathic comes in little white pill form, the normal dose is 3 pills, 3 times a day. Shake the pills from the bottle to the lid and throw into your mouth. Do not touch the pills as they become less effective.
If the homeopathic/vibropathic comes in liquid form, take one dropper full (about 15 drops) by squirting it into your mouth without touching the dropper. Or put the 15 drops into a small amount of distilled water and swish this around in your mouth. The longer it is in your mouth without swallowing, the more effective it becomes.
Children: Take one pill for every 2 years of age. For liquid homeopathics, give children one drop for every 2 months of age. Dissolve in warm distilled water if necessary.
